RETURN POLICY

To initiate return, Email csr1@ntxsupply.com with reason for return and receive an incident number. All returns must be unused and in their original packaging. Return the merchandise within 25 days from the date of purchase. Items purchased from NTX Supply LLC cannot be returned more than 25 days after delivery, and there shall be no refund for these items after that time. All returned items must be in unopened and unused condition to be accepted.

Note: Customers are responsible for a 25% restocking fee along with all applicable freight charges.

Claims Timeframe: Please note that all claims for shortages or damaged material must be made within 48 hours of delivery, without exceptions. All shipments claimed as damaged must be signed for as Damaged Product, without exceptions. For all claims related to shortages, damages, or lost orders, please email csr1@ntxsupply.com with the following information: • Order number or purchase order number • Item(s) shorted/damaged • Quantity shorted/damaged • Pictures of damages, if applicable.
