Return Conditions: 

• Customers are responsible for a 25% restocking fee and freight cost for returns without defects.
• All returns must be unused and in their original packaging.
• Please note that a Return Authorization (RA) number is required for all returns. To obtain an RA number, please contact our customer support team at csr1@ntxsupply.com.

Late Fees

When terms are extended to our customers we ask for prompt payment. A 2% fee is added to late payments after the period that is prearranged as your Net Terms (For example Net 30). Another 2% is assessed for every 30 day period beyond your Net Terms.
